Blake McKinnon

The death of Blake (Buddy) Fraser McKinnon, age 73, of Trenton, ON, occurred on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at Trenton Hospital, Trenton, ON. He was born at Stewarton, NB, on June 30, 1936, the son of the late Ralph and Gertrude (Vail) McKinnon.

He worked on Irving tankers, for a number of years, before moving to Ontario where he operated a tugboat service. In later years he worked as a courier.

Buddy is survived by several nephews, nieces and cousins. He was predeceased by brothers Arnold, Burton, Harry, Murray and Kenneth and sister Mildred Dempster.

He is resting at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, on Tuesday, February 9, 2010, from 12 to 2 p.m., followed by Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Bayview Cemetery, Hatfield Point, NB, at a later date.
